Our team imagined a new type of deep-learning that is capable of accurately measuring how intensely people feel about the individual parts of what they say and write.
We then thought, if we could use that to find out how intensely customers feel about every part of a product or brand experience - we’d be able see specifically why they’re buying a product or brand over another. And use this information to tell brands how to improve experiences for more people.
We Realized This Was Possible
We’ve been tapping into every competitor review, ecommerce site, forum and all sorts of wacky consumer channels we could find - and after three years now have access to a baseline of billions of feedback points - the largest of its kind in the world.
We wanted to give data-literate executives these insights at their fingertips and make market research and other teams dramatically more nimble in reacting to the destabilized customer trends.
We’re now in collaboration with mission-driven brands to improve their sustainability, innovation and love through our attribute-level emotion prediction AI.
